1. Agreement to Terms

These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your access to and use of Hook'd, including our website, mobile application, and related services (collectively, the "Service"), operated by Hook'd Productions LLC ("Hook'd," "we," "us," or "our"). By creating an account or using the Service, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree, please do not use Hook'd.

2. Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years old to create an account or use Hook'd. By using the Service, you represent and warrant that you meet this age requirement and that you have the legal capacity to enter into these Terms.

3. Your Account

• You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials.
• You agree to provide accurate, current, and complete information when creating your profile.
• You may not create more than one active account or create an account on behalf of someone else without authorization.
• You are responsible for all activity that occurs under your account.

4. The Waters — Romance, Social & Networking

Hook'd lets you engage across three distinct modes — Romance Waters, Social Waters, and Networking Waters — as well as through Couple Crew profiles for connected accounts. You agree to use each mode consistently with its intended purpose and to represent yourself honestly within it.

5. User Conduct

When using Hook'd, you agree not to:

• Harass, threaten, or abuse other users
• Post content that is unlawful, hateful, sexually explicit, or infringes another person's rights
• Impersonate any person or entity, or misrepresent your identity, age, or affiliation
• Use the Service for commercial solicitation, spam, or scams
• Attempt to access another user's account or interfere with the security of the Service
• Scrape, reverse-engineer, or use automated means to access the Service without our permission

6. Content You Share

You retain ownership of the photos, messages, and other content you post to Hook'd ("User Content"). By posting User Content, you grant Hook'd a non-exclusive, worldwide, royalty-free license to host, display, and distribute that content as necessary to operate and promote the Service. You are solely responsible for the User Content you share and confirm you have the right to share it.

7. Safety

Hook'd provides safety features and guidance to help you connect responsibly, but we cannot guarantee the conduct of other users, on or off the platform. You are responsible for exercising caution and good judgment when meeting other users, including meeting in public places and telling a friend or family member of your plans.

8. Subscriptions & Purchases

Hook'd may offer optional paid features or subscriptions in the future. Where applicable, pricing, billing terms, and cancellation policies will be presented to you at the time of purchase and are subject to the terms of the app store (Apple App Store or Google Play) through which the purchase is made.

9. Termination

We may suspend or terminate your account at our discretion if you violate these Terms, engage in conduct that harms other users or the Service, or for any other reason with or without notice. You may delete your account at any time through the app settings.

10. Disclaimers

Hook'd is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied. We do not guarantee that you will find a match, that the Service will be uninterrupted or error-free, or that any particular outcome will result from your use of Hook'd.

11. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Hook'd Productions LLC will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising out of or related to your use of the Service, including interactions with other users, whether online or in person.

12. Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. We will notify you of material changes by posting the updated Terms on this page and updating the "Last updated" date above. Continued use of the Service after changes take effect constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.

13. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the Commonwealth of Pennsylvania, without regard to its conflict of law principles, unless otherwise required by applicable local law.
